Ordering
You can place your order by simply clicking on the 'Buy now' button on the product page. You will be redirected to Paypal to securely pay for your order plus postage. Paypal accepts payments by credit card and bank transfer. You do not need to have a Paypal Account to pay by credit card.
Postage and Pickup
All orders are delivered by Express Post within Australia at a cost of $11.50 AU for up to 3kgs. International Orders are sent by standard post at a flat rate.
If you live in Western Australia and wish to pick up your order from Ellenbrook, WA please contact us prior to ordering at enquiries@sabujewellery.com or through our online contact form. We will email you a revised order cost minus the postage fee and arrange pickup.
Delivery Times
Please allow 3 business days for order delivery within Australia. For international orders please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance stock. All items are described accurately and are in excellent condition. Refunds are only available on stock items damaged or lost in transit. Please ensure that you include a correct postal address at the time of ordering.
